SWIMMING CLASSES FOR ALL
AGES AND ABILITIES
PARENT AND TODDLER SESSIONS
These classes start by introducing baby/children to the water and learn through play, we teach basic water skills and water confidence. All very social and fun sessions. We also have awards that we work towards.
JULIE'S SWIM SCHOOL
My Swim School has 3 main groups, Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. We learn Water Skills, Stroke Technique, Diving and much much more. Lots of helpers in the water and all abilities are welcome.
ADULT SWIMMING GROUP
This is a very sociable class and initially builds confidence in the water, moving on to the basic strokes and we aim to have very happy swimmers, all in a very friendly and relaxed manner.
During this class you will have a gently warm up, a little aquafit to help muscular strength and endurance with some stretches to aid flexibility, then a gentle calming cool down. This class is very helpful physically and emotionally. You do not need to be a super swimmer just let me know when you arrive. After class have a coffee/tea with other mums to be in the adjacent cafe.
POST NATAL AND BEYOND AQUAFIT CLASS
This class follows on from the Aquanatal call and is basically a much stronger and more energetic. This class helps you to get back into shape and at the same time is great fun. If you want to work really hard then this is the class for you.
LIGHT AQUAFIT CLASSES
These classes are a great way to get back into fitness. All ages and Abilities as long as you want to have a good time come and join us. No impact as in land exercise and you can work as hard or as little as you like. Great fun, good social group, make lots of new friends whilst getting fit.
